Nutritiously Challenged

For the 100th time today, I've opened the refrigerator door. Looked in, scanned my shelves and shut the door.

Apart from the desperately needed exercise that my arm needed, I was bored and restless. Too restless to sleep, too restless to eat.

Went a bit overboard yesterday buying groceries. Think it was the POW syndrome. When you've been denied food for a long time, the moment you get some...you're likely to hoard large amounts. Thing is, I have tons of groceries now but am too lazy to cook/ am sick of eating my own cooking.

Today marks day 3 where I have not eaten well. Had some cereal for breakfast and doughnuts for dinner yesterday. Two to three days before that have been all about eating what was available. Can't believe I actually ate the combination of food that I did, come to think of it.

12.30pm now...contemplating leaving the house without bothering to eat anything.

Maybe get a sandwich somewhere along the way...
