Seriously, why not?
The thing about having crappy days is that you know there is nowhere else to go but up. If you can just endure the shittiness, better days will surely come. This reminds me of a song from ages ago. Something about crying being such a relief because it always puts you in a mellow mood after. So instead of trying to bottle everything up, we should just experience each emotion to the fullest as they come. Be happy when you're happy, be sad when you're sad. Why not experience everything without pretense?
