It's here!!! After a few weeks of agonizing over whether I wanted to spend so much money on yet another fitness program, I decided to go with it. Then there was the week of bidding followed by shipping. But no fear, Hip Hop Abs is FINALLY here!!
Fun, fun, fun.
So this morning mum and I opened the package and tried out the simplest of the 4 CDs. Yeah, it's a little challenging but do-able I think. The key is to work it into my routine everyday.
