Fading, fading, fading
After 2 nights of the graveyard shift, my head is perpetually aching. Thank god the whole of this week I have normal shifts. It's 4.30am and I can't sleep. My eyes are burning, my head hurts. Alls a girl can ask for is some sleep.

Take Melatonin. It helps you sleep peacefully (dont worry,u will wake up again the next morning)
I'm not sure if it's illegal in Canada, but it is in some countries :)
Yeah, if it's all the same to you I'd rather not do meds. Things will get better as soon as I stop taking overnight shifts.
