
I feel like bashing my head into a wall to get rid of this motherfuckin pain in the back of my head. Sorry about the profanity but this whole cycle of sleeping for 2-3hours each night is fucking with my internal clock big time.
It isn't even like I have a routine of sleeping during the day and not being able to sleep during the night. At this point, I'll be lucky to get in any sleep at all.
Sleep pattern:
Thursday: 1hour @ 5am, 3 hours @ 9pm
Wednesday: 2hours @ 3am, 2 hours @4pm
Holy fuckin god, somebody please get rid of this constant dull in the back of my head. Icing on the cake? Definitely the intermitted 10-12 hour shifts at a highly stressful work place.
