So many nice things have happened since the last entry that I simply do not know where to start...
EXAMS
Well, the exams did not go well I'm afraid. Not surprisingly, trying to sleep the night before was too much to ask for. So instead, I spent the entire night staring at the ceiling with thoughts running through my mind like cars speeding on a race track! After thinking long and hard, it is pretty much decided that I will return to Vancouver perhaps at the end of April. Life simply cannot be nothing but a holiday.
MORNING AFTER
Woke up to a very pleasant surprise. Remember way back when I was studying for the blasted exams and got really bored? So was reading the newspaper one day and found an interesting article that practically summed up my thoughts on that issue. I went ahead and wrote a 'letter to the editor' kinda thing. After a week, after I had given up on ever seeing my letter in print, it appeared!! Did not even recognize it until I was reading half way through the first paragraph. Then it hit me. "Umm...wait a second...this sounds just like...oh...wait...ME!!"
Needless to say, I was in shock. The good kind though. So then I went to call a friend...this was about 7.30 in the am. She had the good sense to switch off her cell before going to bed, so I had to wait :p
BRIDGET JONES ---> LUCKY, LUCKY SILLY GIRL
If this is the fate of all chubby girls, then my future is suddenly looking a whole lot better. Umm...I was referring to the 'having two gorgeous men fighting over you' part, not the 'got thrown into a Thai prison part' by the way. Haha...one reason this movie might appeal to women is because the producers were banking on all the classics.
Two men fighting over one woman.
One of them a successful, reserved lawyer who looks like a god in a suit.
The other, an oh so cute playboy. Need I say more?
Murni ---> please wipe that drool off your face...it was funny at first but now it's just plain embarassing.
A LITTLE PIECE OF PARADISE CALLED PORT DICKSON
Spent the night at Port Dickson with my parents.
It was one of those moments where if I had to choose one period in my life to freeze and relive for ever and ever....this past 2 days would have been it. Some shopping, some swimming, some walking on the beach, some good food, some nice people. It was not a fancy, expensive holiday....but it was perfect :)
Life has never been better!
