Happiness in Small Measures

So my brother arrived in Malaysia bearing gifts from an uncle. This particular uncle has a knack for knowing what one needs. Well most of the time anyways. This time he got me an old-fashioned leather bound journal. It is the most beautiful little thing you have ever seen. To think that I’m down to the last few pages on my current one, impeccable timing I must say.

For some reason, can’t help but feel that a brand new journal is symbolic of a new life. Looking at all the blank pages to be filled, it will be exciting. The endless pages calling for an adventure! I have a feeling this will be the most memorable journal everà or rather that I feel compelled to make it my most memorable. If you did not know already, my life has been documented since 13 years of age. Perhaps one day it will all turn into an autobiography. Should start thinking about adding pictures in them.
