The World As Such

Hmm...

What can I say? Life is as it was a few weeks ago. Nothing super spectacular but it isn't bad either. I mean it has it's moments but can't really complain all in all.

Work is going well. I'm totally getting the hang of things. Now it's just annoying customers that bug the hell out of me.

Things customer do to piss me off:

1) be impatient and not smile
2) leave clothes on the floor and all messy!
3) throw money/credit card on the table
4) try on a shit load of clothes and not buy anything (lol I do this too though sometimes)

Yeah, customer service is so much about fakeness. You're basically being nice and courteous to others because you want their money. It's making the counsellor in me wanna retch. Although...I've been trying to look at it from a different perspective...somedays it works, some days it doesn't.

you've been a customer yourself and you're now dealing with customer:-) i totally agreed with S.A, customer service is all about faking courteous , politeness and professionalism. But hell yeah, I love being a difficult customer. haha. I have recently caused internal chaos to our national ISP (Jaring). Well, it's just me practicing my consumer rights in a country where consumer rights may have not develop that well. But I succeed! *being a difficult customer* - and they have learned about customer service :D - Please dont hate me :D

Yeah, yeah I know you're just trying to prove a point. And if it's well deserved then sure give em hell. I would! But man, for the love of god don't take out ur stressed on an innocent sales attendant who was just trying to be helpful. That would so not be cool.
