"This message is to let you know that the Department of Educational& Counselling Psychology & Special Education (ECPS) has just held a meeting to evaluate applications for the Master's in VocationalRehabilitation Counselling (MVRC) cohort program, and a recommendation that you be admitted to the program will be forwarded soon to the Facultyof Graduate Studies (FOGS) for consideration. Please note that official admission can only be granted by theFaculty of Graduate Studies, who is the legal admitting agency at UBC forgraduate student admissions; this will be in the form of an 'offer ofadmission'."
