That's right, they're having a baby.

The Korean couple who came to visit us in Malaysia is now pregnant. 8 weeks at that!

Life really does not wait for us to be ready before it happens. At first it begins with utter and complete shock when an old high school friend gets married. Then more and more of them follow.

Although news of people getting married always come as a surprise to me, it eventually lacks the - OMG get outta here - effect. Seriously, why is it that the people who get married first are the ones you'd least suspect to be the marrying type?

Before you know it, people within your own circle of friends tell you they are also going for the bait. As of now, I am booked for the wedding of one of my oldest friends scheduled to take place in 2008. Hope by then I'd have a boyfriend in tow. Otherwise I'd wanna curl myself up into a ball and chew on my arm until there is nothing left.

I will of course still be happy for her!
