It All Begins With An Idea

Did you know that as Malaysian youths under 30 years of age, we're entitled to work in the UK for up to 12 months? And stay for 24 months? I've spent the last hour or so checking out the immigration website. Did you guys also know that the UK is made up of England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland? hehe...I didn't. Well, not exactly anyways.

Funny enough, this would be the last resort.

Something I'm pretty sure about is that after going to Malaysia in January, I am not going to be ready to come home and settle down here. Between now and January, I have 5 months to sort this out.

Option 1: Get an internship/job abroad doing work that's career building
Option 2: Go travel for as long as the money lasts then come home
Option 3: Go to the UK on a working holiday visa for a year most likely doing crap jobs
Option 4: Istanbul???

Here's something I'm beginning to realize. If a career in international development is what I want, anytime is a good time to start working. As in just because I'm not settled in one place doesn't mean I can't progress forward career wise. Doh! International development? Work internationally?

Possibly, just a small by chance kinda thing, it might require a lot of moving around? Sheesh woman.

It can happen. Just don't let all these big ideas become too overwhelming to the point of inactivity. One thing at a time. If the universe wills it, something will turn up.

Don't abandon your dreams! Not just yet.
