Voluntary Isolation

For the past few days now I have pretty much felt the need to be by myself.

Today I woke up at 12pm, had lunch, finished writing the rest of my paper for school and went back to sleep until 8pm. Didn't realize I was THAT tired.

Another possibility could be that the fatigue was brought on by my medication. On Sunday, a friend brought me to see a Chinese doctor. I was/ am still amazed. All he did was press on the pulse on my wrists for 10 seconds and he had a diagnosis for me. And it was spot on.

He said I ate too much fried food and that I did not drink enough water. To add to that I did not sleep well too. So in he went and got me little packages of vile tasting chinese medicine to be had once a day for the next week.

The good thing is that I am no longer coughing. The bad thing is that they taste horrible and has some side effects. But the whole philosophy of this type of treatment is the purging of whatever is in your body that's bad for the system.

So naturally I shall expect fatigue, headache, soreness and whatnot.

I am continuing this med in faith that there will be long term benefits for my overall health.
